Technical Skills

Good understanding of Wireless Technologies such as 2G, 3G and LTE
Good understanding of end to end network morphology/topology, interfaces and integration for 2G, 3G and LTE Networks
Knowledge on TETRA shall be considered as an advantage
Have strong concepts and experience of RF Planning fundamentals and design parameters

Key Job Tasks

Able to Perform design criteria, system dimensioning , link budget and traffic analysis
Fully proficient in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data processing of various design scenarios
Perform site candidate evaluation, selection and neighbor list calculations
Understand equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators and perform inter-modulation analysis
Can verify and generate RF Planning reports, RF solution proposal, Network RF Audit Reports and site engineering drawings
Post-Processing, map generation, frequency planning and interference matrix analysis, site database maintenance, etc.
Undertake network optimization and performance improvement tasks to achieve predefined quality and performance KPIs of network
Carry out optimization techniques (proper antenna selection for optimal horizontal/vertical performance, mechanical/electrical tilting, appropriate transmit power setting, antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, etc.) for optimal site/cluster performance
Analyzing the processed data and optimizing the network by making required changes like change of orientation of antennas change of tilts, RF Site Planning.

Tools & Gadgets Skills

Generate RF engineering related reports in Excel, Access, SQL as required.
Comprehensive & expert level of at least two of the common industry propagation tools (Planet, Aircom Asset, Tornado, Wizard, Odyssey, dB Planner, etc.) for model calibration, drive test data
He should have good hands on experience on NEMO drive test tool and GEMINI drive test tool.

Preferably Indian or Filipino nationality.
