RF KPI Delivery
Drive Test Delivery
Customer Complaints
Inputs to RF Planning for Network requirements in terms of capacity &
coverage
Management of Test & Measurement Equipments, resources & vehicles
Management reporting
Position Description
Network optimization for all accounts in the circle
Network performance & KPI delivery for all accounts in the circle as per
contractual requirements.
KPI analysis & improvement
Geography Based Drive Test for optimization & comparison
Drive Test Analysis & Corrective actions
Responsible for all Optimization requirments in the Circle
Provide inputs to Planning team on Network requirements in terms of
capacity, coverage & KPI improvement
Ensure processes and procedures are followed
Customer complaints Visit, resolution & update
Periodic Network Audits
Liaison with third party service providers
Operational Reporting
Rewards & Penalties in the circle
