We need urgent requirement of Sr. RF Optimisation Engineer.
Analyze network parameters and implementation of system changes for network optimization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Business objects or equivalent database reporting tool SQL usage
Ericsson OSS / Common Explorer/ENM Expertise.
RF electronics and site engineering (radio base station topology) and Electromagnetics
Understanding for RF design and propagation *MS Powerpoint/Office applications including Excel.
Ability to produce presentations of analysis and work product along with presenting
Telecom experience with Ericsson specific LTE/GSM/UMTS (3-8 yrs) LTE/GSM/UMTS (6-8 yrs) Call process algorithm, 3GPP.
Performance KPI optimization and trending and reporting.
Site Cluster RF optimization / tall site RF optimization / capacity layer optimization / handover optimization / parameter optimization
Gsm/UMTS/LTE parameter auditing, changes/new features (CIQ/Scripts, integration & troubleshooting, site )
Parameter baseline alignment for new integrated sites with Golden parameters

Desired Candidate Profile
- Working Knowledge of LTE
- Should have worked on the new carrier optimization.
- Should have a good command on E// RAN parameter changes
- Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters.
- Good experience and knowledge of optimization parameters and performance counters
- Good experience on use of mobile measurements for optimization
- Good experience on the use of E///OSS and ENM and MML commands
- Work as an subject matter expert
- Generate RF engineering related reports in Excel, Access.
- Monitoring , analysis and Reporting of critical KPIs CS/PS Ret., CS/PS Acc., IRAT HO optimization, HSPA throughput, NON-HS power utilization etc
