Job Description :

1. Have expert view of end to end 3G radio technology
2. Be able to properly identify & proffer quick win optimization solutions to deficiencies and problems in the 3G network. 
3. Be able to plan and optimize available RF resources to maximize the capacity efficiently
4. Have Solid knowledge of 3G KPIs. Be able to carry out in 3G KPI formula definition, troubleshooting analysis and optimization. 
5. Have a good knowledge of use of planning & optimization tools that can be used for analysis that will improve the network experience and also the teams work efficiency.
6. Be able to carry out expert network capacity evaluation & forecast
7. Understand the call flow and be able to give expert analysis of signaling trace
8. Have Good technical background in optimization techniques and related process and tools & be able to provide strong technical support to team members. 
9. Have good knowledge of features that can bring about good improvement in network experience 
10. Be skilled in planning and re-planning cell size antennas (Azimuth or tilt) and/or location to meet traffic capacity and coverage needs
11. Be able to proffer solutions to bring about improvement in all KPIs including EcNo, Throughput & Paging Success Rate.
