Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor core network (CS) equipment.
Provide technical support and project management for core network (NFV) system.
Design and implement system service solution.
Provide on-site training for customers.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
Focus on circuit switching core networks.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related discipline.
At least 2 years experience in telecom industry core part, experience in senior level is highly preferred.
Familiar with GPRS, EPC, TCP/IP, telecommunication theory, and experience in Huawei PCC structure, NFV Platform is a plus.
Analytical-minded, good learning capability, initiative and flexible.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strongly customer service oriented.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
