VoLTE 

Daily Monitoring of VoLTE, KPI Analysis and Recommendation to improve it to regional customer on daily basis. 

Troubleshooting based on OSS Counter and Trace for QCI-1 all KPI Analysis and recommendation. 

VoLTE Feature (SRVCC/MCPC With SRVCC/ROHC/TTI Bundling/RLC-UM/Delay-based scheduling/Multi-Target RRC trail and recommendation based on post stats. 

Capacity VoLTE audit based on PUCCH Resource and No of Availed PRB Resources, limited UE Power. 

SRVCC Preparation and Execution Analysis and Optimization towards UTRAN and GSM using LTE Cell Trace and ERA. 

High-level recommendation based on Timer, Parameter, Feature based on new release, analysis, and troubleshooting VoLTE call Muting based on RTP Packet Loss and High Latency. 

Filed level Optimization and Drive test based Optimization Support by analyzing SIP and Layer-3 Messages. 

RACH Optimization Based on New RSI Parameter (Preamble Format/Cyclic Shift/Cell Range Configuration) and Initial Power Parameter Tuning. 

VoLTE MOS, Audio Gap, Voice Muting, Packet Delay analysis through HASATI Analyzer & Drop Optimization based on L1/ L2/RTP Parameters Tuning. 

LTE- 
Carrier Aggregation MOP E/// L16B preparation and successful implementation with achieving field and statically throughput of 225 Mbps for aggregation of LTE2600 (20Mhz)+LTE800(10Mhz) with 2X2 MIMO. Tuning based on CA Activation/De-Activation Threshold & CA Rate Coefficient. 

BW Expansion Activity, Implementation and Performance Monitoring During and After Activity. 

Carrier Traffic Strategy Planning with Idle/Connected Mode Parameter and Feature Implementation for the customer. 
Changing Cell Selection, Re-selection, A2 Threshold and CRS Gain Parameters for Coverage Footprint Enhancement. 

ERA Based Drive Less Optimization for High TA Cells, Coverage GAP analysis/ Drop Call and HO Failure Analysis. 

LTE UL Interference Check through Spectrum Analyzer and OSS Statics to identify source of interference. Suggesting Necessary action to troubleshoot the issues, Like RRU Swapping, Cable Swapping etc. 

LTE Network launch and cluster optimization, planning of RF parameter, making field level changes, troubleshooting with Handover problem, tuning parameters. Carry out basic parameter checks such as RSRP, SINR, and Throughput during the Test. Verifying MOs (ANR etc.) with the planned MO and extracting discrepancies for Bharti-Airtel and Sprint-Nextel. 

Single Site Verification, Checking Site Acceptance Report format, Drive Test Analysis. Ensuring KPIs to be met RSRP, RSRP statistics, DL/UL throughput, Latency. Analysis. PCI Planning, RSI Planning, PCI Conflict Check.

Parameters audit for LTE (FDD Status, MME Pool Definition, MME audits, TAC-LAC Mapping, RET Status, MIMO Setting, POWER Setting, PLMN Status, PCI configuration, , Priority Setting EUTRAN Frequency Relation for Idle and Connected Mode.

New Feature Testing Like, Best ANR IFLB, PDCCH Power Boost, MCPC, UL FSS, UL Comp, Multi E-RAB Per User, CSFB Call Setup Time Improvement by RIM and DMRC Implementation. 

Providing Azimuth check, Parameter check, Sector/Cable Swap, Over-Shooting Neighbor check, UL DL throughput, RSRP, SINR, based on the Drive-test log analysis. 

Generation & Analysis of daily reports to maintain the Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility and Integrity KPIs. Cell Capacity Monitoring and Implementation of High Capacity Parameter & CU License Expansion. 

Performing Cell Trace analysis and Stationary UDP, TCP Upload and download Test Using Commands.
