RITS Network Integration 24X 7 Technical support for delivering RAN (Radio Access Network) Integration. Review detailed Network integration design as well as all approved documentation from pre-integration phase Installation checklist review and work with installation to resolve any identified issues for both FSM4 Swap and Carrier addition. Quality of service (QOS) Validation Configure hardware and load software per the established and approved documentation for the Specific SOW for both FSM4 Swap and Carrier Addition. Perform testing at the software, network element and port level to ensure system is configured and operating properly. Properly record any required changes to documentation per approved change management process Validate proper system functionality in preparation for system level testing Perform system level testing on the RAN network per the established and approved documentation as per the customer requirement. Troubleshooting of RAN Integration and Performance issues. coordinate with Alarm management, NPO and other relevant teams to work on trouble tickets of migration and / or carrier addition and perform troubleshooting process as per the requirement.
