- The requirement is for the role of an IT Support Engineer for one of our key clients in the UAE. The IT Support Engineerwill be placed onsite at the client location in the UAE and basically work as an extension of the offshore support team based in Bangalore.
- Responsibilities:
- Help desk Support - ability to perform basic troubleshooting of printers, network connectivity, laptops etc. within the client organization
- Liaison between end users and Bangalore offshore support team - Be the client facing person and communicating/co-ordinating with our offshore support team located in Bangalore
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills
- Candidate should have good client facing characteristics such as pleasant personality, approachable and co-ordination skills
- Loves technology and stays up to date with technology trends
- Skills in basic SQL and RDBMS concepts
- Good knowledge and experience of small size office infrastructure such as laptops, printers and network connectivity
- Should be holding a valid Indian passport
