RF link budget calculation and validation,
Propagation model tuning
·
Must have Moderate Level in GSM, UMTS.
·
Good understanding New Concept of RF and its system
·
Should have good Knowledge
in dimensioning of transmission ,radio & core network elements.
·
Need experience in
design of expansion of existing networks& Green field & expansion of
existing networks.
·
Knowledge RF planning, &
Capacity for 2G, 3G.
·
Should Have Knowledge in
in building solutions, micro cell, IP backhaul Pico cells, repeaters for
coverage & capacity Optimization.
·
KPI reviews with regions
Regularly, Having worked extensively on field & system level Optimization.
·
Should know RF parameters
of both voice & data for 2G, 3G & LTE.
·
Maintain Network Quality
as per TRAI norms.
·
Management and
validation of Site Radio Reports..
·
Get Benchmarking done
for cities as per guidelines and requirement.
