Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, & deploy new applications and applications modules.
* Work with other Developers, Architects, Development Managers, Business Teams to ensure timely delivery of a high quality overall solution that meets business requirements
* Understand the data model and its mapping to the various business processes
* Be adaptive. Be productive quickly in a new environment that is fast paced. Learn new processes and multiple technologies. “Roll up your sleeves” and do what needs to be done.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
* BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
* Strong development experience in Salesforce, OOP Java/C++/.Net
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong verbal/written skills
* Strong conceptual skills

Desired Qualifications
* 6 - 8 years of experience with a mix of salesforce, OOP, Lead experience.
* Experience in configuration of Salesforce.com data model using objects, fields, and record types
* Experience in Apex, Triggers and Visual Force
* Exposure to LDAP, Enterprise Infrastructure is a big plus
* Training in Quality Processes like ISO/CMM
* More than one year of experience in leading a development team
* 6 - 8 years of experience with a mix of salesforce, OOP, Lead experience.
* Experience in configuration of Salesforce.com data model using objects, fields, and record types
* Experience in Apex, Triggers and Visual Force
