Qualification :
1. Only non-Engineering graduates - BCA , BSc- IT, Computer Science.
2. Should have 60% aggregate each in 10th, 12th & Degree with no backlogs (50% aggregate in 10th & 12th can be considered if the candidate is very good).
3. Candidates should be 2012 / 2013 pass out, 2014 candidates can be considered provided they have scored 65% aggregate until the last semester and completed their examinations. He / she should not be pursuing MCA degree / MSC degree.

2. Original documents have to be submitted for verification.
3. Should have good verbal and written communication skills with good attitude.
4. Candidate should be willing to work anywhere in India.
5. Prefer male candidates. Female candidates can be considered if they are ready to relocate to any location in India & willing to work in shifts during the deployment period.

Process :
1. All shortlisted candidates as per the above criteria will go through an Aptitude, Communication & Basic IT Knowledge tests . Subsequently, they will undergo Face-to-Face discussion with Maintec Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the Client.
2. Post selection he / she would get trained on Software testing (Manual, Automation & Performance) for 432 hours (8 Weeks * 6 Days * 9 Hours) at Bangalore.
3. Deployment can be anywhere in India based on the client requirement.
4. Salary post training & deployment at client location will be Rs. 15,000/- per month CTC.
