Job Description
Work closely with business to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM and Force.com (PaaS).
Contribute to all technical aspects of project development.
Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements.
Lead responsibility in code development and integration of the application for specific modules.
Responsible for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process.
Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs.
Create development, integration and deployment plans.
Train new users on the salesforce.com application.
At the end of the test phase, responsible for delivering a fully working technical solution to the project manager and client

Skills Require:
Hands-On Exp of SFDC Development of 2+ Years
2+ years experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com.
Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages), Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal development.
Working knowledge on force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required.
Strong web development skills including JSON,XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
Strong SDLC experience
Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer
Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net)
SQL, RDBMS experience.
Knowledge of Data migration and ETL tools such as CastIron or Informatica
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across systems
Experience in Agile/XP methodologies
