Job Description:
Analyze drive test Log files, identifying coverage & quality issues
Recommend appropriate solutions to meet the agreed KPI thresholds
Identify interference and other critical performance issues in the network and recommend appropriate solutions
Optimizing IRAT re-selections, handover & traffic parameters of multi-band, multi-technology radio networks
Carry out physical optimization of RF environment to minimize interference and improve the throughput of 3G /LTE Network
Carry out parameter tuning and capacity optimization to improve the performance of the network v

• Knowledge of 3G/LTE air interface, hands-on experience in 3G/LTE drive test & post processing tools
• Knowledge of 3G/LTE Radio parameters and KPIs
• Knowledge of 3GPP specs is desirable
• Hands on experience in RF drive test tools & post processing tools
• Must be a good team player and a good team leader
