Job Description:
• The LTE RF Planning & Optimization Engineer will be required to work within a team of RF engineers and work independently to perform RF network optimization activities during network rollout and optimization phase.
• Prepare Site Configuration File (SCF) for ongoing LTE Site Rollout.
• Radio Planning and Optimization of an LTE network to trouble shoot and improve KPIs.
• Carry out parameter planning and optimization for LTE, VoLTE, CSFB and Carrier Aggregation.
• Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems.
• Implementation of new features and tuning of LTE radio network parameters.
• Carry out KPI performance monitoring and reporting and ensure KPI’s are maintained within defined thresholds.
• Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections.
• Performs RF performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan.
