Optimization Engineer has the roles defined below;
Analyze drive test Log files identifying coverage & quality issues
Recommend appropriate solutions to meet the agreed KPI thresholds
Identify interference and other critical performance issues in the network and
appropriate solutions
Optimizing IRAT re-selections, handover & traffic parameters of multi-band, multi-
technology radio networks
Carry out physical optimization of RF environment tominimize interference and
improve the throughput of 3G/LTE Network
Carry out parameter tuning and capacity optimization to improve the performance of the network
Coordinate with the customer/project teams.
System Integration Engineer/Lead/ Manager
Qualification & Experience:
BE with 4 8 yrs. experience in Telecommunication in field activity as well as OMCR, system integration etc.
Experience with 3GPP product architecture, design and implementation. Specifically, E-UTRAN and EPC experience is desired.
Have full-fledged knowledge on various system integration in end-to-end perspective
Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certificate will be an added advantage.
Technical expertise in IP transmission and IP Planning will be am added advantage.
System integration experience in terms of VoLTE, LCS, and MBMS
Know-how and experience in mobile networks (EPC and IMS)
Working knowledge of LTE protocol stacks
Working knowledge of IP network protocols & QoS.
Knowledge of various IP related IETF RFCs
Working knowledge of GSM/WCDMA technology is desired.
Generation of all management reports internal and external
Working level knowledge about MS access / MS excel / MS Visio.
Experience in managing & implementing In-building solutions / repeaters
Knowledge about GSM/3G/LTE Air interface signaling.
Knowledge about over all network architecture and call flow.
