1) To perform Drive Test for LTE/4G Services by using TEMS 9.1.4, 10.0.5 Probe and Nemo.
2) Responsible for site testing such as Standalone which covers; Soft Handover, Intersystem Handover testing, Ec/lo, RSCP, etc.
3) To perform Cluster Drive and Post Processing of Log Files.
4) Make report and Post Processing and analyzing call drops, call setup failure and Coverage holes by MAP INFO 9.
5) Attend Customer Complaints.
6) Neighbor Deletion and keep monitoring of HO Performance.
7) Swap testing and Physical Optimization.
8) Studying log files and analyzing reasons for call drops, handover failure. Performing physical optimization like changing Orientation depending upon the clutter, Tilt, and verifying SWAP and rectified it by manual tracing.
9) Preparing power point presentation plots for the radio parameter like Rx Level, Rx Quality, C/I, SQI.
10) Performing various types of drive test like SCFT (Single Cell Function Test), Benchmarking in between the two operators, Cluster Drive.
Salary: 1,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
