Salary: -2lakhs – 3 Lakh P.A

Position RF Drive Test Engineer

Skills

·         New sites Audit and Optimization·      

·         Daily Drive Test Activity for Optimization of Network·    

·         Attending the customer complaints resolution through Optimization·        

·         Voice and Data testing for QOS MAT (CDMA+GSM) as required·        

·         BSC,TRAI, Cluster Drives, ICR Drives, Golden drives on Routine basis·        

·         RF Survey & EMF Survey for Establishing the New sites & IBS Solutions·        

·         Preparing & sending the Drive Reports·        

·         Monthly Drive test of Top towns (4-5 towns) includes Pre-drive, identification of patches & optimization to improve, Post drive test·        

·         Special projects drives like High gain antenna or BU joint visit & escalation drives·        

·         CDMA & HSIA Testing (1x Voice & Data)·        

·         Drives for Planned events: NSS/ BSC / RAN up-gradations, Re-homing, etc…·        

·         To attend any other NW related Issues /testing basis requirement.
