Project period: 3-5 Months 
1. Senior Engineer requirement:
More than 5 years experience on RNP&RNO, have more than 3 years LTE experience
Good capability to solve high level problems
KPI expert, good at do the troubleshooting on KPI degradation
Radio Network Planning expert
Parameter Optimization expert
Know huawei equipment/function very well
Know huawei tools very well, M2000/PRS/NASTAR/LMT
Have a good communication skills, speak English/French very well
Located in Morocco CASABLANCA

2.Junior Engineer requirement:
More than 2 years experience on RNP&RNO, have more than 1 years LTE experience
Good capability to solve top-cells/ssv/cluster problems
Good on KPI criterion, good at do the troubleshooting on KPI degradation
Have strong radio Network Planning experience
Have strong parameter Optimization experience
Know huawei equipment/function very well
Know huawei tools very well, M2000/PRS/NASTAR/LMT
Have a good communication skills, speak English very well
Located in Morocco CASABLANCA

3.DT Analysis Engineer requirement:
More than 1 years experience on RNP&RNO, have more than half years LTE experience
Good capability to solve ssv/cluster problems
Have radio Network Planning experience
Have radio parameter Optimization experience
Know huawei tools very well, such as Probe/assistant
Have a good communication skills, can speak English/Frech
Located in Morocco CASABLANCA

4.DT Team Requirement:
More than 1 years experience on Drive Test of LTE or 2G3G
Have LTE basic knowledge
Have simple optimization experience, such as troubleshooting on the field
Know huawei tools very well, such as Probe/assistant
Have a good communication skills, can speak English/Frech
