We have Walk IN Drive for RF Engineer (Radio Frequency) Male Candidates only in our own organization Trimax IT Infrastructure and Service LTD, We are one of a leading IT service provider company, we cater into Connectivity, Data Center, Cloud Service, IMS and System Intergration Space. Job Description :
Optimization of 2G sites based on Coverage, Quality & Signal power.
Missing neighbors, Soft Handover using drive test data's.
Optimizing the site by reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through antenna Tilt changes and power changes, thus rectify the overshooting sectors issues.
Identify the reason for TCH blocking, TCH drop & Handover failures.
Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbor addition and deletion and interference analysis. Providing ap-propriate Tilts (Electrical /Mechanical) to reduce the interference or improve the coverage.
Based on the analyzed drive test report, we propose solution like changing frequency, adding neighbors, tilting the antennas, proposing the new sites for the issues like interference, coverage, clutters etc.
Determined problem sites by using network key performance indicators and drive test data
Salary Min 1.0 LPA 1.83 LPA,
Candidates Prefered from Mumbai Loction Only
Minimum 1 years experience is required with Good Command on Communication Skills.
