Description
The incumbent
is expected to manage and deliver the below KPI's
Monitor KPI's
Ensure that all 2G/ 3G KPIs of circle are above benchmark.
Ensure that the benchmarks are not only met but improvement/ Optimization activities are initiated to raise the standard.
KRA
Maintain 2G/3G KPI above threshold values
Periodic benchmark Drive tests analysis
Voice / Data Dimensioning and Resource planning
2G/3G Data Optimization & KPI Improvement such as
Physical and Parametric Optimization based on drive test, customer complaints, offloading high utilization sites, cluster optimization, call drop analysis, handover analysis and Quality issues
Suggesting New Sites(Coverage & Capacity) as per business requirements
AFP(Automatic Frequency Planning) Implementations
Radio T/s Optimization to enhance the Capacity to improve the Soft/ hard blocking
2nd E1 Planning/ augmentation to improve the A- bis rejections
PCU planning/ addition to improve the PCU rejections & DLMS
GB Link augmentation for Data Payload growth
GB over IP planning to improve the Data Experience
KRA:
Robust Network with good redundancy and sufficient capacity
Maintain hygiene network(within TAT)
NETWORK HEALTH
Track all major network nodes for utilization levels. In case the utilization levels cross defined benchmark, ensure that planning team has initiated actions for expansions.
Check for functional redundancy in all major nodes as well as in the transmission systems and paths.
Ensure that Alarms /health checks of all systems are carried out at regular intervals by the MS partners. This would involve audit of the circles by Optimization team.

Maintain hygiene network(within TAT)
TRAI & TERM Compliance Activities
Monthly TRAI QoS reports
SSA drive test, report preparation and submission on time
New Site Declarations to TERM Cell and Monthly reports submissions

Internal Interactions:
Planning/ Project/ O&M/ Quality teams to plan and to enhance network quality
CSD for improving Customer experience with network services
External Interactions:
MS Technology Partners/ ICR Partners
TERM/TRAI Partners
