Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting the network optimization manager to stipulate the general optimization plan
- Responsible for reviewing the network optimization test plan and network assessment report of the subcontractor
- Responsible for the optimization scheme reviewing and optimization problem analysis and handling
- Responsible for monitoring the optimization effect of the subcontractor
- Implementing the specific optimization work
- Responsible for subcontractors' personnel technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronics Engineering, or relevant major
- Over 5 years experience in RF Planning ,RF Optimizing and deeply knowledge about Wireless : GSM, CDMA and 3G.
- Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, good communication and presentation skills and good written and spoken English.
