Job details:
LTE Layer 3/ RRC/SON Development
2yrs - 14yrs of hands on expertise in LTE Layer 3- RRC / SON/S1AP, X2AP/RRM/MRO, MLB/Handover development or testing
Experience in eNode b, femto, Small cell would be preferable.
