Our Client is in urgent need of a 3G/ Core Engineer. Start Date: ASAP Job Description: For a position opened in Egypt, Devoteam are seeking Egyptian Core Engineers with a minimum of 2 years experience. In this position, you should be fluent in written and oral and you have the ability as to your sense of responsibility and organization to support the teams and support the customer as your main duties summarize as follows: - Deliver detailed switch planning - Produce network diagrams, routing plans, digit analysis, signaling plans, numbering plans and charging plans -DCN Settings and synchronization plans for Mobile Switching Center. Also you will have to do the following tasks: - Feature implementation: Analysis, Data/Parameters Definition and Network Test Supervision - New Architecture Implementation: Analysis, Data/Parameters Definition and Network Test Supervision including Inter-Working Vendors. - Network Optimization: Speech Routing Network, Network redesign, Speech Routing modification, Signaling Routing Network (Network redesign, Signaling Routing modification), Standard Translation/Configuration redefinition, Overload Mechanism Parameters settings. - Routing Performance Optimization in the following areas: Failed Call Attempts, CPU Load, Circuit Group and Signaling Links Congestion, and Inter-MSC Handover. - Planning management support. |
