Job Description: 

To be responsible to monitor Radio Network Performance KPIs. 

Typical services include 2G, 3G or LTE Radio Network Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis. 

To ensure the optimal service delivery and achieve customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

The main responsibility as 2G, 3G or LTE RF Performance Engineer is to monitor the Network performance to meet contractual KPI's. And also including below tasks: 

1) Monitoring KPIs Hourly, Daily 

2) Benchmark KPIs after Network Activities. 

3) Analyse and raise/follow up TTs for issues and escalate them to concerned team and close them within SLA time. 

4) Preparing the reports on Daily, Weekly ,Monthly basis and Adhoc request as per customer requirement 

5)Parameter Audits, Feature evaluation, analysis for improvement of accessability, retainability mobility KPIs. 

6)Able to work in shifts 24X7 

] Required Experience: 

1 ? Should have more than 5 years of RF Performance/Optimization experience, for LTE Engineer, should have at least 2 years in LTE Performance/Optimization 

2 ? Should have very good Technical theoretical knowledge of 2G, 3G or LTE network. 

Should have good Hands on experience on 3G, 2G or LTE Interoperability. 

3 ? Should have good Hands on experience on features such as CSFB \ Redirection, DRX, Flash CSFB, LTE Carrier Aggregation, VoLTE., SRVCC. 

4 ? Strong understanding of 2G, 3G or LTE main KPI analysis 

5 ? Should have good knowledge of inter frequency HO strategies. 

6 ? Should have good knowledge of MS OFFICE. 

7 ? Should have experience on Tools Like PRS, OMSTAR, M/U2000, BMC Remedy, PrOptima. 

8 ? Hands on experience on 3G, 2G or LTE feature trials and evaluation. 

9 ? Able to analyze major network issues and good knowledge of counters. 

10, Able to work in performance monitoring shifts. 

11, Escalate issues to concerned teams and follow up for rectification. 

12, Preparation of performance reports as per customer requirement. 

13, Able to work in 24/7 shift, and support the office during holidays if necessary.
