ACER launches ‘Spin 7’, world’s thinnest convertible notebook in India

Acer on Thursday launched ‘Acer Spin 7’ in India at Rs 1,09,000, which it claims is the world’s thinnest convertible notebook.



NEW DELHI: Acer on Thursday launched ‘Acer Spin 7’ in India at Rs 1,09,000, which it claims is the world’s thinnest convertible notebook. The notebook comes with 360° hinges allowing it to spin as a laptop or a tablet.

The 10.98 mm convertible weighs 1.2 KG and features 14-inch Full HD IPS display. The device runs Windows 10 platform and is equipped with 7th Gen Intel Core processor. On the memory front, it offers GB LPDDR3 RAM and 256 GB SSD storage.

The device has up to 8 hours of battery backup. Other features include, Dual USB 3.1 Type-C ports, HD webcam, Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony.

Considering that Acer has always focused on delivering industry leading innovations, the Spin 7 is a reflection of just that,” said Chandrahas Panigrahi, Sr. Director and Consumer Business Head, Acer India.

“Our top-of-the-line Spin 7 will allow consumers to enjoy extreme portability without compromising on performance or versatility,” he added.

The notebook is available in India across key retail stores.
