Job Description

• Functional Testing on BRAS area on Ericsson Multi Service Edge Routers
• Preparation of Tesplan for a BRAS/BNG Features
• Participation in test plan reviews
• Execution of test cases and clear documentation of defects found
• Follow through the defects till closure
• Automating the Test scenarios,Review and integrate automation scripts into regression framework
• Bug replication and Verification of test scenarios
• Assisting development teams in analysis and debugging of defects
• Work with different teams like functional test, development, devsupport to ensure quality
Job Requirements

• Experience in Functional testing and Automation of Testscripts on L2/L3 protocols is desirable
• Experience in Replication and verification of Customer Reported Bugs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and work independently
• Extensive experience in the following
o Broad-band Remote Access Protocols like PPP, DHCP, AAA, RADIUS is a Must
o Knowledge on Mobile Networks like GGSN/SGSN/LTE, CPG is desirable
o Basic knowledge of Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF, ISIS is a must
o Hands on with MSER, Ethernet Aggregation, and Familiarity with triple play like offering (voice, video and data) would be an advantage.
• Prior experience in QA is desirable.
• Strong scripting skills in PERL/TCL.
• Hands-on with test tools
• Agilent N2X / IXIA and Spirent
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
