Responsibilities:

Summary:
Our client, a Global Leading Vendor`s Company is urgently seeking for x2 Network Planning Optimization Engineers for LTE deployment as well as 3G/4G Swap for one of the biggest Telecom operator`s worldwide one being based in Mali and the second consultant will work in Senegal.

You will require experience on LTE deployment and Swap projects 3G-LTE and will identify and troubleshoot network performance degradations using report workflows and lead a team of RNOs (x2 Team Leader plus x3 RNO Engineers)
You have over 8-10  years? experience on Radio Optimization and strong background on 3G-LTE Nokia equipment as well as swap to Nokia equipment projects with proven customer facing experience to work on site and achieve configurations Targets and KPI`s.
