NEW DELHI: Telecom operator Telenor is providing 56 GB data for Rs. 47, valid for a period of 28 days. The plan is only available to Telenor’s customers in its 4G circles.
The plan has a daily data cap of 2 GB per day. But the plan only offers data benefits and no unlimited calling. The customers eligible for the scheme will be notified by an SMS.
Telenor’s Rs 11 plan offers 1GB of 4G data per day and costs Rs. 147 for 2GB of 4G data.
Similarly, Vodafone is also offering 24GB data to its post paid subscribers according to a recent report. The users will get the data in a monthly instalment of 8GB over the period of three months.
Recently, Airtel had announced that it would provide 30GB free 4G data for three months. State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd has also said it will offer 1 GB of free data to smartphone users who have a BSNL connection but are not using the company's data services.
