JD of LTE RF Optimization Engineer:-

•Analyze drive test Log files

•Identifying coverage & quality issues Recommend appropriate solutions to meet the agreed KPI thresholds Identify interference and other critical performance issues in the network and recommend appropriate solutions Optimizing IRAT re-selections, handover & traffic parameters of multi-band
•Multi-technology radio networks Carry out physical optimization of RF environment to minimize interference and improve the throughput of 3G /LTE Network Carry out parameter tuning and capacity optimization to improve the performance of the network Coordinate with the customer/project teams Qualification Knowledge of 3G/LTE air interface
•Hands-on experience in 3G/LTE drive test & post processing tools Knowledge of 3G/LTE Radio parameters and KPIs Knowledge of 3GPP specs is desirable Hands on experience in RF drive test tools & post processing tools Must be a good team player and a good team leader Good interpersonal & communication skill

Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech( Pass out year should be on or before 2012 )

Experience:- Min. 5 Years and Max. 10 Years of Exp. is only acceptable and should have minimum 2 years of RNO/Optimizer exp. in 3G and 4G.

Notice Period :- Max. 3 weeks from date of offer.
