    Working knowledge of TX SDH & DWDM nodes.
    Working knowledge in Microwave links for (NOKIA, Huawei, NEC)
    Required Competencies/ Strenghts:- Technically Expertised in collaboration of resources to facilitate team work.
    Technically Expertise - in collaboration of resources to facilitate team work. E2E Knowledge to domain subject required to guide and support team members.
    Primary domain: Transport Network elements- SDH MUX, OTN, Other Clients, DWDM, TDM and Packet Synchronisation and measurements (Sync Audits)
    Team- developer and individual contributor- if required visiting field and carry out tests.
    Deadline- driven and quality focused leadership.
    Decision making strengths with ability to direct cross- functional teams of technical staff.
    Problem analysis skills. ( Problem - recurring faults)
    Understanding competence development and management thru training requirements in line with future changes in technology Support requirements from CT Teams with trends and projected for next year. Aligned Training deliveries accordingly.
    Monthly report preparation. Coordination, ppt slide sets, overall team status reporting
    Knowledge Transmission network planning (Optical / Microwave), this will include Network , equipment and link planning, 
    To interface with the customer, know how the business strategy and requirement and provide solutions against same .
    To improve the network hygiene, 
    Transmission / Transport KPI monitoring and prepare the action plan.
    Customer meeting.
    To guide the team / junior engineers.
