We are conducting WALKIN on 1st July-17 ( Saturday ) 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM at Gurgaon for massive requirements of RF Engineers for Tamilnadu & Maharashtra.We need experienced (6Months-3 Years RF Drive Test Engineer for LTE (4G)/3G projects in Tamilnaud & Maharashtra.

Job Descriptions- 
Position- LTE/3G/2G Drive Test Engineers 
 

• Conduct LTE/3G/2G drive tests.
• Interact with customer
• Prepare & submit Drive Test Reports
• LTE Drive Test for designated circles
• KPI Monitoring & troubleshooting on LTE/VoLTE/3G/2G
• Assist in Parameter Tuning for Handovers, VoLTE Drop,Throughputs.
• Responsible for SCFTs,Clusters and city KPIs acceptance process and troubleshooting on failed KPIs.
• Verify and analyze throughput , handover,latency and signaling messages
• Support for RF physical Optimization services arising in project phase.
• Actively participated in Carrier Aggregation for Kolkatta Circle.
• Analyzing reports and recommendations using tools Genex/Probe, ActixOne , Vuze,XCAP & AnyPlan.
• Validate drive test coverage footprint against designed coverage.

Important Note-   Employee need to sign one year contract agreement with us or fulfil the conditions of exit before 1 year.
