Network Neighbors Auto generations Cases according to Source cell
Case 1
The Target cells are cosite with the source reference cell (ST_D=0)
Case 2
The Source cell is detected inside the beamwidth of the target cell at a distance ST_D<=ST_MaxD and ST_D<=IC_Dist* 1.8 (hard coded).
Case 3
THe Target cell is detected inside the beamwidth of the source cell of a distance ST_D<=ST_Maxand ST_D<=IC_Dist* 1.2 (hard coded).
Case 4
The source cell point main coverage area (S_PtCvg) is detected inside the beamwidth of the target cell and the distance ST_D<=ST_MaxD.
