Jobs Description and Requirements

Responsible for Planning & Optimization of 3G/HSPA network of the assigned area.
Prepare frequency plan, parameter plan and capacity plan for the RF network.
Responsible for the RF KPI & RF performance for the area as agreed with Manager.
Responsible for Drive test Analysis, Code Planning, Neighbour definitions etc.
Produce RF KPI & Performance reports with detailed analysis as required.
Deliver results in a pro-active manner even on ad-hoc requests.
Willing to travel and work from regional offices as needed by business. 
Must be graduated with Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
2 -10 years’ experience in Telecommunication with minimum 1 year experience in RF Optimization.
Proficient in the use of basic PC applications & basic database administration skills.
Good analytical skills based on MS Excel.
Knowledge on KPI/ Performance tools, MapInfo and drive test tools.
