Currently hiring for NETWORK PLANNING OPTIMIZER for Gurgaon location.

Experience: 2-6 Yrs. Huwaei & Ericsson tools

•  1) Perform GSM network design, planning & optimization activities
• 2) Coverage and Capacity analysis of the network Work on network improvement performance KPI's and optimization tasks
• 3)      Perform GSM KPI check, Validation, and analysis. Pre-Post analysis after changes in parameter / Physical attributes
• 4)      Perform Layer management analysis to attain perfect load balancing of the network
• 5) Perform Network / Cell audit on the basis of Performance reports
• 6)      Should have Good Knowledge about Huawei GSM features
• 7)      Knowledge on CALL TRAIL and SWAP.
• 8)   Knowledge on OSS Hardware And Command Line.

Should have Experience in one or more Huawei tools like M2000/ U2000, CME.
