RF Optimization Engineer- 3 to 15 years of experience- multiple positions

Job Requirements:

• Analyze, design and optimize 4G radio networks
• Troubleshoot site performance issues by analysing KPIs and design
•  Proven track-record of network performance KPI improvement
•  Extensive experience in wireless system design and optimization for LTE
• Demonstrated experience in LTE optimization and system parameters
• Principal level understanding of RF propagation principles, cellular theory, and antenna theoryThe Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless RF engineering with increasing levels of responsibility
• Excellent organization skills and ability to communicate/ interface with vendors, subcontractors’ technicians and other team personnel
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word
• Must be bilingual (Japanese, English)
