Job ROLE
Ensure 1st Level service quality surveillance and alarm handling, L1 level troubleshooting, Perform Technical escalation followed by Tickets Generation, Follow-up till the alarm gets cleared,Generation of Daily Reports as per customer agreement, Escalation to keep management informed during the critical outages.
Skills
- Good knowledge in Radio GSM and RAN and good Telecom Monitoring exriepence.
- Good knowledge of the network topology, its traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics.
- Good knowledge about network operation center processes and interfaces.
- Good knowledge of RAN Huawei NMS like M2000, U2000 and TT tools such was OWS.
- Good PC skill
