Position: RF Engineer & Specialist (Junior & Senior level) (Payroll Partner company will be Quess Corp)

-Experience: 4- 13 Years

-Interview Location: Delhi/Bangalore

-Work Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon negotiable

-Candidate should be flexible to travel onsite as per Business requirement. (Chances of global travel, with travel allowance (up to 100USD* per day).

Job description:-

-Quick learner with can do attitude.

-Having good attitude and communication skills.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:-

-Should be familiar with LTE/VOLTE KPI improvement features.

-KPI analysis and monitoring after change implementation.

-Troubleshooting & KPI Improvement of an LTE/Volte/UMTS Network.

-Parametric Optimization and performance tuning on LTE/Volte/ UMTS Networks.

-LTE user/cell throughput analysis and improvement.

-MOS KPI improvement and analysis.

-Should have worked on Multi layered network & should be familiar layer strategies.

-Knowledge of Huawei tools like U2000, PRS, FMA, OMSTAR etc.

-Able to perform Network capacity analysis & should be able to perform Parameters and Features audits.

-Root cause analysis of any kind of KPI degradation in the network.

-Drive Test Optimization and performance tuning on LTE/Volte/UMTS Networks.

-Use creativity and sound judgment to provide the proper design and optimization of the portion of the network assigned.

- Capable of analyzing Layer 3 Messages and Trace results.

- Worst cells analysis and recommendations.

- Generate Cluster progress reports to the customer on a weekly basis.

- Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems.

- Good Presentation and Communication skills.

- Defining and Monitoring KPIs reports on network

- Good understanding For GSM/UMTS/LTE KPI optimization and Improvement, need understand Parameter and KPI Formula.

- Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections.

- Cell and neighbor parameters data fill for new sites and carrier upgrades -Understanding the Call Flow with Post Processing Skill and Layer 3 Analysis.(Huawei experience is preferred)
