Connect44 is looking for RF Optimization Engineer for project in Warsaw-EU residents Requirements:
·NSN technology experience
·3G cluster optimization to achieve cluster acceptance by Customer
·Checking and correction of neighbors definition
·Checking and correction physical layer
·Troubleshooting on RNC and NodeB level ( fishing macro, megamon)
·Parameter tuning
·End user complains investigation ( VIP or other cases escalated by customer )
·Drive tests logs analysis
·Engineer will be member or Customer team and supervised by Optimization Manager from Customer.
