    Job Description 

    Position - Integration Engineer

    Location - Chennai

    Type - Contract ( 6 months extendable)

    Experience - 4-7 yrs ( No Gap in work Experience for more than 1 year)

    Education - BE/B.Tech( Regular) No Gap in Studies for more than 1 year.

    Skill Set -
    • Fluency in English, fast learner and a team player. 
    • Ensure G-NIC support activities are completed according to planned data fill.
    • Site Creation in BSC and RNC. 
    • OSS View Creation.
    • Run Pre-logs / Backup Files.
    • Site Integration support for GSM, UMTS & LTE.
    • Adjacency creation and loading.
    • Create XML plans in OSS using CM operation manager 
    • Basic Alarm checks and trouble shooting.
    • Unlock sites for final Integration / test calls
    • Define maintenance regions
    • Lock /unlock support.
    • Escalate issues to G-NIC lead and Tier-2.
    • Coordinate with SDC team for SCF or XML plans related issues.
    • Update G-NIC tracker and tools to ensure accurate reporting showing actual timestamps.
    • Solid understanding of call flow in 2G,3G and LTE technologies.
    • Hands on in commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of RAN network elements which should include BSC, RNC and BTS.
    • Able to solve all RAN (2G, 3G & LTE) related issues during Network Integration.
    • Experience in Nokia BSC, BTS, RNC, NodeB and EnodeB.
    • Should have IP basics understanding.
    • Generate upgrade files using CM tools for complex and simple upgrades
    • Create XML plans in OSS using CM plan manager 
    • Exposure to level 1 activity like Fault Management, performance monitoring and Change Management and lead the team when needed. Remote troubleshooting support
    • Run comparison files and check data
    • Alarm checks and trouble shooting 
    • Define external alarms for new Integrations 
    • Adjacency creation and loading 
    • Monitor test calls per sector if required 
    • Audit logs created from upgrade
    • Remote troubleshooting support .
    • Trouble shoot site problems with field techs
    • Candidate shall be working in 24x7 shifts and responsible to troubleshooting RAN issues, end to end coordination of fault resolution with FM,CM,PM & Field O&M engrs to resolve issues/faults.
