URGENTLY REQUIRED 30-RF ENGINEERS FOR DUBAI-(TELECOM COMPANY)
REQUIRED:
candidates should have Monitoring the performance of B-Mobile radio network by conducting drive test and analyzing various reports generated from OSS
Co-ordination with the field engineers of Radio Network and Switching Sections for rectifying radio network problems and improving the network performance and quality.
Conducting new site surveys for Radio and Transmission network for expansions and new project works.
Preparation of Cell Design Data for the new BTS sites.
Hardware dimensioning (BTS).
New design definition (Based on new technologies 4G : Wimax / LTE )
Search Ring / Site Survey/ LOI/ Technical Review / Drawing (LS) approval/ Kick off site commissioning/Drive Test Define & Analyze
130 operational sites + 170 on-going site-acquisitions
RF Propagation Tool (EDX)
EP preparation / Technical visit / correction/ EP tracking.
BENEFITS:
BASIC SALARY : 4500-DHS &OTHER PERKS.
