Job Description
BE with 2 yrs experience in SDH/PDH/DWDM/Fibre optics , Network monitoring,Timely Resolution of faults, PM activity,SLA reporting ,RCA analysis, Vendor support, international terminal station.
Handle the Shift , Maintaining & Monitoring I2I & SMW4 Network (SDH & DWDM). Timely raise of Trouble tickets. Co-Ordinations with NOC & terminal station, Escalations & Notifications - Compliance of Agreed KPIs and SLA with I2I & SMW4.
