Direct interface with the clients design team to discuss the designs and get them approved. 
Design Progress reports preparation and exchange them with the clients design team upon request. 
Coordination with the SDM to deliver the designs with in the agreed time. 
Attending initial site surveys. 
Collecting the drawings from the BM 
Regular meeting with BM and close follow up on the building readiness for implementation. 
Design and Implement GSM/UMTS/ LTE In-Building Solution, either in Passive or in Active Solution considering the contractually agreed KPIs 
Validate the site configuration in the field during the technical site survey visit. 
Prepare Schematic Diagrams using Microsoft Visio, Autocad or IBWave, Bill of Quantities, Link/Power Budget, and the Technical Site Survey Report. 
Planning the GSM and WCDMA inter-working Neighbors Relations definition, 
Perform a pre-launch coverage validation check by conducting a CW Transmitter Test on the site after the design is completed by using TEMS /NEMO and TEMS Transmitter or similar.
